Workers' Compensation

Personal Injury

I handle most types of personal injury cases from car accidents to dog or animal bites to slip and falls to wrongful death.  Most of the time with these cases, you will have to deal with an insurance company.  Insurers absolutely know how to protect their rights and have no problem doing that.  Without a lawyer, you will be at a definite disadvantage.

Employment

The number of cases arising from employment disputes (discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation) are increasing exponentionally in the United States.  It is also one of the most complicated areas of the law as well as one of the most misunderstood.   Like insurers, employers know how to protect themselves and without a lawyer you will probably have little chance of succeeding.
